Melvon Capital is a real estate investment company focused on multi-family properties with value-add opportunities and other commercial real estate investments. Our focus is on communities that exhibit flourishing population growth, strong employment sectors, and blossoming social areas. Investing in properties contributes to the wealth and financial freedom of those involved. As investors, our strategy is to reduce risk to attain strong returns. Our primary market is in Charlotte, NC in addition to other emerging markets with profit potential. Prospective properties are those in need of repositioning.

Dr. Gail M. Walton is an executive professional with over 25 years of experience in public service, as a researcher, established child protection specialist, and author. Over her career, she has invested in the quality of care of people which has transcended into her new passion to invest in multi-family properties. Gail is building a portfolio of valuable real estate entities by transforming properties into highly coveted structures. She brings strong critical thinking and analytic skills that allow her to assess the needs of a project like that of the successes gained in her prior endeavors. Gail is a visionary leader with successful team empowerment approaches that cultivate a culture of inspiration and camaraderie with like-minded people. She is a creative problem solver with a unique ability to dissect an issue and form strategies for overcoming and addressing the issue. Additionally, she has superb interpersonal skills with the capacity to engage diverse populations in both English and Spanish.

Tervon Walton is a senior-level leader with 25+ years of experience in the aerospace industry and has a wealth of knowledge in supply chain and operations. He demonstrates strong team leadership and a commitment to meeting aggressive objectives to embody the principles of strategic planning and lean operating principles. Tervon’s expertise in global and national transactions is equipping him with the building of a successful real estate repertoire. He is dedicated to continuous improvement and is well-equipped to lead teams toward solving complex problems by implementing consistent and sustainable processes. He is armed with four degrees which include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Master in Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Arts in Theological Studies (MATS), and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry (MACM) and is a licensed and ordained pastor.
